Our Programs

Female hormone conditions can have a significant impact on quality of life and are associated with greater psychological disturbance including depression, anxiety, aggression and a lower degree of both life and sexual satisfaction.  Achieveing symptom relief and positive long-term change can be difficult and therefore requires practitioners to take a more integrative approach to attain clinical success.  Fortunately there are many tools available, not only to provide symptom relief, but to also improve both mental and physical function and thus achieve a better quality of life.  Factors that can affect a healthy hormonal balance include stress, inflammation, blood glucose irregularities and hormone detoxification.

Our wellness programs include a comprehensive investigation into your diet, lifestyle and any physical pain or injuries that are restricting your ability to exercise and perform at your best.  We provide a range of Pilates & Stretch classes and various massage therapies to assist with your transformation to optimal health.

3 in 5 Australian Adults Are Overweight or Obese.

Excess weight impacts upon all areas of health. We run structured programs that consist of dietary and activity guidelines in addition to regular consultations, which have shown to be more successful in supporting weight loss than self help approaches.

Me First Health specialises on disorders such as:

. Menopause / Perimenopause:

Many women suffer from hot flushes, night sweats and anxiety as   their periods come to an end.

· Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS):

Symptoms include breast tenderness,  migraines, and mood changes   prior to your period.  PMS is often made worse by stress.

. Endometriosis and fibroids:

Women with these conditions often experience heavy, painful   periods, pain throughout the month, bloating and sometimes weight   gain.

. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS):

Missing periods, facial hair growth, sugar cravings, weight gain and   difficulty conceiving are commonly experienced, due to higher than   normal testosterone levels and lower progesterone levels.
